MgShell announces the closing of a €1.14M investment round to accelerate the development of its innovative technologies for the treatment of eye diseases

MgShell, an Italian company in the MedTech spin-off sector of the Politecnico di Milano specialized in the development of innovative technologies for the treatment of eye diseases, announces the closing of a €1,140,000 investment round. The deal was led by Capital Cell and industry expert Dr. Andrea Giani, with the important participation of current investing partners, including members of the Investors Club through Simon Fiduciaria, Italian Angels for Biotech and Bios Line Holding.

 

Toward preclinical validation and market access

The funds will enable MgShell to accelerate the development and preclinical validation of its revolutionary technology, support product development, advance business development activities and strengthen the team. MgShell will continue working to complete the development of the technology, with the goal of bringing it to market as quickly as possible and offering an innovative solution to physicians and patients.
