How it works

Start by testing yourself through a one-on-one interview: theInnovator Interview. Book your appointment and our career advisor will help you take stock of your skills and goals to see what professional innovation paths you can take.

Based on your answers, you will be able to consider whether to take one path among the following :

  • Start-up Bootcamp: a short course (about 5 hours in 5 weeks) to delve into the strategies and skills you need to become a startupper and patent an idea (even if you don’t have the idea yet!).
  • Phd Shadowing: a 3-date program to learn more about the Ph.D. program and experience a “typical” day as a Ph.D. student.
  • Company Bootcamp: an in-company course with managers and researchers to orient themselves and develop the vision of innovation in the company.

In parallel, you can choose to participate in training sessions on cross-cutting topics related to innovation: innovation sessions are open to all interested parties who would like to investigate innovation in all its forms!
